Delivery Period Following receipt and clearance of payment, all purchase(s) will be posted within three working days. Please note that personalised Custom made items take between 2-5 working days to produce before being dispatched.
All parcels are dispatched via a method which must be signed for upon receipt (ensuring we can confirm the parcel was received by the customer).
Payment Methods We accept all the major credit / debit cards via our payment gateway (PayPal).
Online Orders & Card Security All credit / debit card orders placed online are made on a secure, encrypted server to ensure the privacy and security of your information. All payment transactions take place on the secure encrypted server of our payment processor (PayPal) - we never have access to your card details at any time.
Refunds Customers have up to 7 days after the goods dispatch date in which to request a return and refund. Before returning any product(s) please contact us via email or telephone.
Please note that personalised products are non refundable due to being custom made. Refunds or replacement if the error was due to us
You confirm to 'Special Occasions On Line' [the seller] you own or have permission to use the image[s]. We regret we are unable to give refunds on personalised custom made items . In the unlikely event of manufacturing fault, it will be repaired or refunded. You accept that a photograph when enlarged may lose some definition and that colour variation may occur in finished item. Cancellations attract a 20% charge. Alterations to an order are £5 per alteration if achievable at time of request. In the unlikely event of a concern with the product on receipt it must be brought to our attention within 14 days.
Cancellation By Us:
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
1) we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods that you have ordered;
2) we do not deliver to your area; or
3) one or more of the goods that you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers
4) If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Delivery:
Delivery will be made as soon as possible although any date or period for delivery should be as indicative only. If a product is in stock we aim to send it out on your behalf to your specified delivery address within the time specified against each product. If any item is not in stock we will aim to deliver within 4 working days but in any event your delivery will be made not later than 7 working days after your order. If we cannot dispatch an item to you within the specified time we will notify you and at your request we will cancel the order and refund your money in full.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 28 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the goods. If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option;
To make good any shortage or non-delivery;
To replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or
To refund you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
